Baby Mama Drama: Mel Gibson Files For Restraining Order Against Oksana Grigorieva

Mel Gibson has filed for a restraining order against Oksana Grigorieva, his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his eighth child (but not the first seven, whose mother he was married to when he knocked Oksana up, like all upstanding folks do).

The actor lodged the paperwork under seal at the Los Angeles Superior Court in Downtown Los Angeles Thursday. The plaintiff is listed as Mel Gibson and the defendant is Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of his seven-month-old girl.

Grigorieva was served the documents at her home. The case is sealed, meaning the documents cannot be released to the public, but reports say the complaint centers around three issues and Gibson's access to daughter Lucia.

Mel Gibson filed for a temporary restraining order, a notice about a forthcoming court hearing as well as a notice of visitation rights and child custody.

He and Oksana Grigorieva, a Russian musician-singer, split in April after over a year of dating. Their split was described as amicable ... at that time.

However, Grigorieva hinted the break-up was complicated: "We have split up, suddenly and recently... Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason."

"But you will find out everything quite soon."

Last year, Gibson's wife Robyn filed for divorce after 30 years of marriage, right around when Mel and Grigorieva conceived their child together.

Lindsay Lohan to Be Grilled on Drug Use

Lindsay Lohan may be ordered to testify about whether she used drugs the night of the wild, Pacific Coast Highway joyride that landed her in jail back in 2007.

In addition to the DUI conviction and subsequent probation battle she's currently waging as a result, Linds also faces lawsuit brought by the people in the car.

At her much-anticipated July 6 probation violation hearing, the actress may have to face the music, or at least a battery of questions surrounding her conduct.

Lohan's attorney argued that his client shouldn't be forced to answer the questions based on her Fifth Amendment rights, but the judge didn't see it that way.

Lindsay is free on bail pending the July 6 hearing.

TROUBLED: Linds' woes keep piling up.

The deposition to take place at her attorney's office, to avoid a media onslaught, and will have a time limit of two hours, LiLo's lawyer Edwin McPherson said.

He told the court, "This lawsuit is about a two minute chase that ruined her (passenger Tracie Rice)... did this ruin her life? That will be up to the jury decide."

Rice's lawyer, Paul Hoffman, fired back, "Lindsay Lohan behaved in an outrageous way that night, and it will be up to a jury to decide what the damages are."

McPherson also went on to say that a settlement offer had been presented by the plaintiff's but it was "rejected.” He emphasized, "We will be going to trial."

It's unclear how much the plaintiffs are suing Lindsay Lohan for, but the trial in this case would be scheduled for late July if it isn't called off before that time.

Miley Cyrus: I Empower Women!

Note to Miley Cyrus: if you have to say you're a role model, you're probably not a role model.

In a new interview with MTV News, Cyrus says she empowers young women - or at least tries to. Referring to new songs such as "Can't Be Tamed" and "Liberty Walk," the 17-year who hates wearing pants says:

"It's just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back. And I think that's really important, especially for girls, because so many people are told, 'No, you can't do something,' or, 'You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.'"

Yes, Miles, sometimes mom, dad, teachers and grown-ups with actual life experiences know better than their 15-year old daughters. Almost at all times, in fact.

Miley's truly profound, not remotely cliched advice for her young fans?

"Really think about what you want to do for the rest of your life. There's a short amount of time, when you think about it, and no day needs to go by wasted."

Unreleased Michael Jackson Photos to Be Auctioned

A set of unseen Michael Jackson pictures is reportedly set to be sold at auction later this year, and miraculously, Joe Jackson doesn't even have a hand in it!

French photographer Arno Bani had the opportunity to photograph Michael some time back, and now ready to begin auctioning off the unpublished shots.

In December 2010, the unreleased Michael Jackson pictures will go up for sale. The set is reportedly comprised of 12 unique photos such as the one below.

The auction is being held by Pierre Bergé & Associés, which will release the catalog in October. The entertainment icon passed away a year ago tomorrow.

We have no clue what the auction will bring in, but also up for sale are contact boards of the photo session along with pics personally selected by Jackson.

Miles Austin: Kim Kardashian's Latest Katch!

With over 1,300 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns in 2009, Miles Austin was a fantasy football sleeper.

Now, due to who he's sleeping with, the Dallas Cowboys wideout is fulfilling the fantasies of men everywhere.

Sources have confirmed that Austin is dating Kim Kardashian, as he and the reality star were spotted on June 6 at Casa Vega in Los Angeles. Witnesses tell Us Weekly "they sat in the back drinking margaritas."

Another source adds that Kim likes Miles, but "doesn't want to rush anything." Why another professional athlete? "Kim wants to date someone who gets her busy lifestyle," says the insider.

Glam Nation Sensation: Adam Lambert Kicks Off Tour in NYC

Adam Lambert kicked off his Glam Nation summer tour last night in New York City with an impression of the Mad Hatter, a bit of man-on-man action and, of course, great music.

The artist performed at the Nokia Theater and, because we've been critical of Miley Cyrus for a simulated same-sex kiss, her ignorant fans will likely get on our case for standing up for Adam and his actions below. But there are major differences here:

Miley is straight and pretended to make out with a girl just to seem edgy. Adam actually is gay.
Lambert has been flamboyant and eccentric from the moment he stepped on the American Idol stage. Fans always knew exactly what they were getting with him, as there's been no sudden transformation just to sell records - and his clothes remain intact!
Adam is not 17 years old.

Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift Rise Up for Nashville

Darn you, Miley Cyrus! This is the second consecutive day you've done something to force our praise, rather than our scorn.

Yesterday, we gave you props for wearing pants and delivering an important message to fans.

Now, we must acknowledge the role you played last night at Nashville Rising: A Benefit Concert For Flood Recovery. The event was held at the Bridgestone Arena in Tennessee and raised money for victims of massive storms in that area earlier this year.

Said Miley, unfortunately bringing the tragedy back to herself: “We have a big farm with crops and I think that was affected a little bit. The scariest thing was not being able to get in touch with people because the phone lines were down."

As seen above, Taylor Swift also played a role in the concert. She said of the flooding:

“For me, the fact that there were members of my band that lost their homes really affected me because those are my friends. Those are the people I call up as soon as we get home. The fact that it affected my band, that’s the most directly it affected me.”

Heidi Montag Breaks Up With Jen Bunney

Spencer Pratt isn't the only person in Heidi Montag's life she wants to ditch. According to reports, she's cut off ties with her old friend Jennifer Bunney too.

Heidi and the Bunney, who she had been planning to do a reality show with for like a week, were inseparable after she announced plans to divorce Spencer.

They drifted apart soon after, though. Ever since Jen Bunney spoke to the press about Speidi, it's been difficult to stay friends with the two, sources say.

"Heidi is trying to distance herself from Jen ... not even returning her calls. Ever since Jen has returned from Hong Kong, she's calling Heidi non-stop asking about this summer's show. Heidi is definitely over her," a source told X17.

That's because she's been replaced by ... the Shannon Twins!

Double Negative Exposure: Bravo Show Calls Out Lindsay Lohan

Bravo's new show Double Exposure, which takes you behind the lens of celebrity photographers Markus Klinko and Indrani, aired its second episode last night.

The subject of the episode: Lindsay Lohan, and how the irresponsible train wreck almost sabotaged a photo shoot for her own line of leggings. Now she's pissed!

Centered around the troubled youngster bailing on a New York photo shoot that went down back in September, the episode is titled, "Is Lindsay Here Yet?"

It's a valid question. Sources close to the production say Lindsay was 11 hours late for the shoot, scheduled for 10 a.m. Her excuse? "She woke up late."

At 9 p.m.!?

It's worth noting that when the actress did eventually show up, a source reports, "she was fantastic to work with ... it's the 'getting there' that's another story."

She also hit it off with the star of the show, even sparking rumors that Lindsay Lohan and Indrani (above) were dating. So it must have gone alright in the end.

Nevertheless, Lindsay is obviously pissed about the way the episode is being promoted, taking to her Twitter page to claim that everything is "UNTRUE." Right.

"Sucks when 'friends' use you (in this case for ratings) even if they're lyin," she wrote. "I don't appreciate being used for press, I'm sure others would agree!"

In typical fashion, she blamed others and offered a really bad excuse, Tweeting: "I was given the wrong call time - now I know on purpose... it was a set-up."

Lady Gaga to Drop Album, Pants in 2011

Okay, we just made up the second part of the headline above. But based on her recent Yankee game spectacle, do you have any doubt that this is true?

In the new issue of Rolling Stone, which features Lady Gaga in a machine gun bra on the cover, the "Poker Face" singer is looking forward to next year.

She's finished recording her newest album and is planning an early 2011 release, the name of which she will announce at midnight on New Year's Eve.

"I think I'm gonna get the album title tattooed on me and put out the photo," she said. "I've been working on it for months, and I feel very strongly that it's finished now. It came so quickly. Some artists take years; I don't. I write music every day."

Gaga added that unlike her debut, The Fame, and 2009's follow-up, The Fame Monster, the new disc will have more political, even angry overtones, tackling hot-button issues close to the crooner's heart, such as gays in the military.

We don't have our hopes up, as we'll likely be shaking our heads over the singer's outfit tomorrow - but for one night, at least, Cyrus toned down her transparent attempts to seem edgy and mature and allowed the audience to focus on both her music and an important message.

This monumental event took place at the House of Blues in Los Angeles. Performing a set that included "Can't Be Tamed" and "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," Miley actually wore pants. No, really, she did. See for yourself:

Cyrus also sang "My Heat Beats for Love" and prefaced it by saying:

"I wrote this for my gay fans. Everyone has the right to love each other and no one should feel discriminated or judged for that."

We couldn't agree more. We'd take back every word ever written about how big of a disappointment Miley has become if she would focus her energy on causes and messages such as this, as opposed to looking for the skimpiest outfit she can find each night.

A not-entirely-miserable-or-robotic-for-once Britney Spears and her agent boyfriend Jason Trawick enjoyed their typical afternoon together in Calabasas, Calif.

Ever wonder how The Hills stars always look so pulled together, even after their long days of being professional celebrities and long nights at the clubs?

Lo recently became the face of Nivea’s Goodbye Cellulite, Hello Bikini Challenge, a four-week program of fitness, healthy eating, skincare and style.

“As far as fitness, I love indoor cycling. It has made a really big difference. I feel a lot skinnier than I did last year,” she says of taking spin classes.

“It’s kind of the ultimate cardio.” The instructor-led group setting is a major motivating factor for the star. “Because if I’m by myself, I go to the gym and do 15 reps,” she jokes. “And then I’m like, ‘Oh, my e-mail. I need to make a phone call.’”

Vanessa Carlton Comes Out as Bisexual

Singer Vanessa Carlton publicly declared, in front of a crowd of more than 18,000, that she is bisexual, a courageous admission, especially in that setting.

"I've never said this before, but I'm a proud bisexual woman," the 29-year-old "Thousand Miles" proclaimed at the Nashville Pride festival on Saturday.

Of course, the celebration in Tennessee made for an appropriate coming out party, as it were, as it supports / recognizes individuals in LGBT community.

Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr: Engaged!

You've heard this rumor before, back in December 2009. And May 2009. And November 2008. But this time it's true! Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom are engaged!

The actor's rep confirmed it to E! News. Boo-yah.

Whenever the wedding is, it will be the first for both the 27-year-old catwalker and the 33-year-old actor, whose children will be among the world's most gorgeous.

The couple first got together in 2007, the same year Aussie supermodel Kerr became a Victoria's Secret Angel and the British Bloom broke up with Kate Bosworth.

Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr get to do this for life.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star has been famously mum regarding the status of his relationship with the model since the start, perhaps fueling the rumor onslaught.
