Dressed casually for the day's outing, the "Bride Wars" babe and her companions headed over to grab a bite to eat at Cafe Gitano.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Hudson spent the prior evening helping to host Almay's Rainforest Fund 21st birthday benefit.
Taking place at Carnegie Hall, Kate was joined by mom Goldie Hawn while stars such as Lady GaGa, Elton John and Sting all took the stage for performances.
