42 years old Celine Dion is 14 months pregnant with twins as a result of her sixth in-vitro fertilization attempt,combined with acupuncture therapy to increase her chances of getting pregnant.Next month she will be able to find out the gender of the twin babies.Celine is married to Rene Angelil who is 68 years old and her manager too.The couple already has a 9 years old son Rene-Charles.
